Handling Aright the Word of God

It is extremely important to know how to handle the word of God. What better way to learn than to listen to the Master Teacher at work when He encounters temptation from the devil. In the passage of Matthew chapter 4 we can see several lessons, one of which is how we can know how to handle the word of God correctly when we are faced with Scripture being used in an inappropriate way - such as was the case when the Devil used Scripture to tempt our Lord.
